1) Select MetaWeblogAPI Enabled Blog as your blog type here:

2) Use the following URL as the API Endpoint:
http://CaptinShmit.com/shmitopia/xmlrpc.php

3) Type in your Shmitopia Username & Password

4) Set your Shmitopia blog as your default blog here:
http://www.flickr.com/account/uploadbyemail/blog/

5) Send a picture message to the email address provided to you at:
http://www.flickr.com/account/uploadbyemail/
(make sure it's the one that ends in "2blog@photos.flickr.com")
