CAPITALIZATION CAN BE USED FOR EMPHASIS. So can bold, italics, or underlining, as well as punctuation such as the question mark! However, quotes should NEVER be used for emphasis. EVER. This was shown in an episode of the Canadian show Corner Gas, but Abby can't remember which episode. >:
